The Digital Marketing Coordinator will largely be focused on our owned mediums (social media, website, newsletters, etc) and making sure our brand plan is consistently communicated.
Tasks may include (but not limited to):
Website Management
- Manage day-to-day content updates across our brands
- Keep website up-to-date with new initiatives, events, products, etc
- Implement Tracking where applicable
- Working with website developer to integrate E-com
- Some HTML may be required
Social Media
- Develop Monthly Social Media Calendar
- Schedule Social Posts in Scheduling Tool
- Request any photography assets needed to align with the social calendar
- Analyze best performing content & adapt strategy accordingly
Email Marketing
- Maintain Email Communication Calendar
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure our emails are customer-centric & provide value
- Make suggestions on new content topics that can engage our customers
- Work with internal teams to approve content where appropriate
Project Management
- Organize & shift tasks to meet goals & timeline
- Regularly communicate with our team to ensure projects are aligned
- Ensure our efforts are trackable & metrics are always clearly defined
- Summarize Results / Opportunities for key stakeholders
