IDEAL USE: COMBINATION OF CASEIN AND BENTONITE FOR TREATING WINES (WHITE AND ROSÉ) AGAINST OXIDATION.
  • Prevents oxidation in white wines (in the presence of Laccase).
  • Eliminates substances responsible for bitterness and herbaceous flavours
DOSAGE RATE
  • 40-100g/hL
