FERMO BREW Citrus
FERMO BREW Citrus is a specialty co-fermenting dry yeast strain, ideal for enhancing the citrus aromatic and flavour profiles in your beers. It generates these citrus characteristics in the first 48-72 hours of fermentation, after which the fermentation is completed to dry by co-fermentation with a standard primary fermenting lager or ale yeast.
PITCHING RECOMMENDATIONS:
25-50 g/hL at 11-25°C.
