FERMO BREW Fruity is an aromatic yeast strain obtained from hybridization. It can be used for specialty beers with specific aromatic and flavour profiles of summer and tropical fruit like character. Thanks to its medium nutritional demand, this yeast strain generates pleasant taste and smell profiles at early stage of fermentation in comparison to other regular brewing yeasts.
