Oak Cubes are packaged in 15 lb mesh bags and contain approximately 68.10 square feet of surface area.
The mesh bags allow the oak to float freely in stainless steel tanks or tied down for full submersion.

Use:

For use during fermentation, short and extended aging and pre-bottle enhancement

Addition rare:

For 100% new barrel impact use 1 bag per 600 gallons/2,271 liters or 1.5 lbs of cubes per 60 gallon neutral barrel.
This recommendation could change depending on contact time.
