Ideal Use: A purified granular pectinase blend for premium red wines.

  • For producing fruity, colourful and rounded wines, which are intended for early consumption.
  • For wine fining and selective extracion of phenolic coumpounds from the grape skin.
  • Specific for short macerations with or without cold pre-fermentation maceration, enabling gentle extraction of colour, aromas and phenolic compounds whilst limiting mechanical actions.
  • Enzyme optimises free run wine yield.
