Ice 1500/2200 – Bottle neck freezer for the classic method

Operations: Freezing of packages of bottles for processing according to the classic method

Production: Up to 2200 bottles per hour

Notes: The operation of loading the bottles is manual while the unloading operation is automatic

Package freezer mod. “ICE 1500/2200” is used with glycol at temperatures of -25 ° C / -30 ° C for freezing the bottles’ necks.

Prepared for the processing of bottles with capacities between 37.5 and 150 cl, (diam from 70 to 115mm) up to 92mm in diameter, in the case of larger diameters, the machine works with an alternating step, a situation that involved having the hourly output. In the ICE 1500/2200 model and higher the bottle feeds is guaranteed by a fully mechanical device. ICE allows the processing of bottles with packages of different heights – the discharge of the same on the belt, for this reason, is carried out with a mixed drive system capable of handling bottles of different heights.
