Protan Raisin improves wine structure and supplies soft skin tannins which integrate perfectly with the tannic structure of wines. No further refining is required. Protan Raisin is a proanthocyanidinic tannin from white grapes’ skin.

Product Description
Proanthocyanidin finishing tannin from ripe grape skins. Brings balance, structure, and a longer finish while freshening tired aromatics. Add at least 2 weeks prior to bottling. Dissolve in wine, add to tank. Dosage 5-35 g/hL
